The University of Stellenbosch appointed this firm to design a New Living Laboratory for the Institute of Sports and Exercise Medicine (ISEM).
The proposed 3 400m² building will be located on the University of Stellenbosch Campus at the Coetzenburg precinct and will include consulting, administration and research facilities with physiotherapy and Biokinetics rehabilitation components.
The primary functions are supported by a rooftop conference and functions venue. The building is designed to achieve a 4 green star rating as defined by the Green Building Council of South Africa.
